Our Needs
Pastoral and Laity Ministries (PaLM) is a parachurch organization that depends on the prayer support, financial contributions, and volunteer services of both churches and individuals to fulfill its mission. Listed below are our current needs. We encourage you to read through the list below and see what opportunities are available. And if God speaks to you about partnering with us in one or more areas, we rejoice at the opportunity to work together with you, as one, for His kingdom and glory.
IMPORTANT NOTE regarding the financial and ministry needs listed below. It is our belief that the Bible teaches that every Christian's FIRST priority is the church. Therefore, we encourage you to FIRST tithe to your church and serve in your church BEFORE contributing financially to PaLM and/or offering to serve in PaLM. It's not that we don't want your money or your service(s). We do! But, we also believe that it is God's desire that the needs of the church be met first before we consider the needs of others (e.g. parachurch organization).
Prayer support
The work that we do is spiritual. And because it is spiritual, it needs to be constantly covered and bathed in prayer. If you are interested in praying for this ministry, Howard and/or his family, you have the following options:
- Weekly e-mail prayer requests: Howard sends out a weekly edition of his personal and ministry prayer requests. The list averages 5-6 items a week.
- Prayer/News letters via U.S. Post Office: Howard sends out 4-6 prayer letters a year. Included in these letters is news about the family and ministry as well as many stories and colorful pictures.

Financial Support
PaLM's ministry is financially supported by the mission contribution of churches and the individual contributions of brothers and sisters-in-Christ who believe in our mission and who desire to uphold it through their donations. If you are interested in supporting this ministry financially, complete and send in a PaLM Partnership form or make an online donation (via credit card).

Ministry Support
PaLM has always been, and it will always be, a volunteer organization. We are able to do the work that we do because people, like you, volunteer to serve in an area of ministry that you have a burden for and/or have an interest in. If you would like to volunteer and use the gift(s) that God has given you for PaLM, please complete and send in a PaLM Partnership form (see below).
